What I've noticed is that from bridge it didn't install the full plugin, so it appeared installed properly without log errors but was lacking files. If that still doesn't work, uninstall all the Waves plug-ins (and delete any WaveShell DLL's that you have moved), and then reinstall all the Waves plug-ins from their original installers and let Audition scan the default folders again. Like many of you I had issues installing megascan plugin in UE4.25.
